Our Mission

Ampthill Rayon Workers, Inc. has been serving the workers of E. I. DuPont de Nemour's Spruance  Plant in Richmond Virginia for over 40 years.   We pride ourselves on a history of distinguished and respected labor negotiations for our membership.

We are a labor union some 1,300 members strong, members of the International Brotherhood of DuPont workers.  We strive for progressive labor/management relations and optimal workplace environment for our members.
